达森（天津）材料科技有限公司为了申请和完成中华人民共和国科学技术部高科技863计划（中国兆瓦级风电叶片原材料国产化）专门于2009年成立，注册资金2000万元，营业期限30年。科技部国科发高（2010）569号文件指定达森公司为“MW级风电机组风轮叶片原材料国产化”即高科技863计划重点项目中承担环氧树脂和结构胶研产供的单位。 公司引进了发达的环氧树脂技术和专利产品-纳米增强增韧液生产设备和批生产技术，并同北京航空航天大学科研团队和其他科研院所合作，组建了达森公司具有国内流水平的科研团队，其中专家库专家2人，教授博士11人，经该团队潜心研究吸收国外引进的环氧树脂技术和进一步创新发明，运用航空航天纤维/树脂匹配原理开发出了性能优异的环氧树脂体系，产品分手糊、真空灌注(VIP)、传递模塑成型(RTM) 、拉挤等工艺。其物理、力学及工艺性能指标均达到和超过国内外同类产品，并与国产玻璃纤维、碳纤维、玄武岩纤维和进口纤维都有很好的匹配性。 公司拥有远程监控的环氧树脂、环氧固化剂和环氧结构胶自动化生产线，公司现在可年产供环氧树脂14万吨；环氧结构胶1万吨；不饱和聚酯树脂4万吨。不仅可以同时满足科技部“国科发高（2010）569号”文件的要求---实现全中国兆瓦级风电叶片用环氧树脂和环氧结构胶国产化（即满足全国风电叶片生产所需的全部环氧树脂和环氧结构胶），产品还广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造、船舶生产、机械、建筑、石油、化工等众多行业。公司研产供的环氧树脂获得中国知识产权局颁发的中国的风电叶片环氧树脂“发明专利证书”、中国的环氧结构胶“发明专利证书”及德国劳埃德船级社颁发的GL证书、质量管理体系ISO9001证书等荣誉。
